Do visitors need Slack, Discord or Teams?
No. Visitors only see the widget on your website. They never see your workspace or other conversations.
Can more than one teammate answer?
Yes. Anyone in the connected channel can join a visitor’s conversation. Starter allows two operators; every other plan is unlimited.
Can we answer from a phone?
Yes. Use the Slack mobile app to answer visitors. There is no separate Chatlio app to install.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes 30 days free. Plans start at $29 per month with unlimited domains.
When are Discord and Teams available?
Slack is fully supported today. Discord and Teams are in development; we’ll share availability when they’re ready.
